Construction Progress!

Construction at The Drive Townhomes is moving fast, and fall is the perfect time to see it. Every building on site is now framed, roofed, and wrapped in finished siding with windows in, so the community finally looks like the neighborhood it is about to become. Fresh asphalt is down near the front buildings, the rest of the drive and parking area is graded and ready, and crews are wrapping up concrete work, landscaping, and final site details.

We’ll keep sharing behind‑the‑scenes updates as each building moves closer to welcoming its first residents, so check back often to watch The Drive come to life.
